2. Products & Orders

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner Printify. By placing an order, you understand that:

• Products are printed specifically for you and production begins shortly after payment
• Product colors may vary slightly from on-screen representations due to monitor settings and printing processes
• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed
• Orders cannot be cancelled once sent to production

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. You agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• Charges will appear on your statement as Evassentials
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud is suspected

4. Shipping

Shipping times and costs vary by location and product. We ship to most countries worldwide through our fulfillment partners. Please review our Shipping Policy for detailed information. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. Please review our Return Policy for full details on how to report issues and request refunds.
